Job Duties:
- Provide basic care and assistance with daily living activities
- Clean and maintain patient rooms and equipment, and ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patient
- Assist patients with mobility, including transferring and ambulation
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with medical procedures under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed healthcare professional
- Document patient care activities and report any significant changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test
- Current Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are required
- Need a recent physical examination
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must possess a valid CPR card
